Enable Adobe Flash Player for use in the Chrome Offline Installer for Mac and Windows

1. In the address bar, type "chrome://settings/content".
   
2. In the content settings screen, find the list of Flash Player. Check status.
   
3. Select Allow sites run Flash, and then select done.
   
4. To manage Flash Player settings by site, select Manage exceptions.
   
5. On the screen the Flash exceptions, enter the domain of the web site and then select "Allow". When you are finished adding sites, select done.
   
6. Near the content settings screen.
